Intellectual property

Personal data (GDPR)
The processing of personal data is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and French Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended (the "Data Protection Act").
Flutilliant only collects personal data (for example via the contact form) for the purposes of the services offered, on the basis of your consent or its legitimate interest. Data is never transferred, rented or sold to third parties, and is kept only for as long as strictly necessary for the intended purpose.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights over the data concerning you:
- Access, rectification and erasure of your data.
- Restriction and objection to processing.
- Portability of the data you have provided.
- Withdrawal of consent at any time, without retroactive effect.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@flutilliant.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Cookies & audience measurement
A cookie is a small file placed on your device when browsing a site. flutilliant.com uses two audience-measurement tools:
- Matomo — a sovereign solution, configured without cookies and with anonymized measurement. It falls under the consent exemption recognized by the CNIL and therefore runs continuously, without identifying you.
- Google Analytics 4 — used to refine audience measurement. This tool sets cookies and is activated only after your explicit consent, collected via the banner shown on your first visit.
You may accept or decline measurement cookies at any time: your choice is kept on your device and can be changed by clearing the site's data in your browser. Declining does not affect access to content. You can also set your browser to block cookies (see the guidance on cnil.fr).
Governing law & jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and failing amicable resolution, jurisdiction is granted to the competent French courts. Flutilliant reserves the right to amend this document at any time; users are invited to consult it regularly.
